Thanks SolutionWatch.com for the tip off about Tractis. Tractis is a site that allows you to negotiate and execute worldwide legally binding contracts online, very useful.

Bureaucracy can drive me mad, for example getting 5 companies in different time zones to all agree to a contract and sign NDA’s which is predominantly a paper based nightmare. Hopefully Tractis can help simplify the whole process.
